TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Please READ Carefully by purchasing this product you (herein referred to as "Client") agrees to the follow terms stated herein.

SERVICE
Academy Adaptor (herein referred to as "Company") agrees to provide Educational Training (herein referred to as "Program”) identified in the online commerce shopping cart. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Program.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Client may pay by credit card or debit card or PayPal.

FEES
The fee for the Progmar has the following options: 
- $1200 - one-time payment.
- 3 payments of $450.

This is a one-time or three-time payment and the charged amount depends on the selected option. Should you have any account questions you can email [email protected] at any time.

TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER
We try to ensure that the availability and delivery of our Programs are uninterrupted and error-free, including our content and communications through methods like the educational platform, private Facebook and Telegram groups, e-mail communications, or any other materials provided by us to you. However, we cannot guarantee that your access will not be suspended or restricted from time to time, including to allow for repairs, maintenance, or updates, although, of course, we will try to limit the frequency and duration of suspension or restriction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for damages or refunds, or for any other recourse, should our Programs become unavailable or access to them become slow or incomplete due to any reason, such as system back-up procedures, internet traffic volume, upgrades, overload of requests to the servers, general network failures or delays, or any other cause which may from time to time make our Programs.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The program is developed for strictly educational purposes ONLY. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Program. The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing. The client understands that because of the nature of the program and extent, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary. Client acknowledges that as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Client will reach their goals as a result of participation in the Program. Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. The company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.

TERMINATION
You have the right to terminate your use of or participation in our Program at any time by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to our Programs in full or in part, at any time, without notice, by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided upon purchase of the Program.
Upon termination by either of us, we reserve the right to immediately refuse or terminate your access to any aspect of our Program.
